Yes, our bundles are 100% raw human hair that has not been chemically treated and is collected directly from individual donors. Unlike other types of extensions, it has undergone no industrial processing, ensuring superior quality, longevity, and a completely natural look.

Each texture is unique and may vary slightly from one bundle to another.

Any request to cancel or modify an order must be sent by email to doubstrandedcontact@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing the order.

We cannot guarantee that your request can be accomodated if the order is already being prepared or has been shipped.

We operate on a pre-order basis to align inventory with customer demand.

Please note this process involves an estimated 3–4 days to receive inventory, followed by 3–5 business days for order fulfillment and dispatch.

Returns are accepted only in the event of an error on our part (e.g., wrong lengths or incorrect product).

If you are unsatisfied with the product quality, you may also email us so that we can review your request.

We do not offer exchanges. Only returns for a refund are possible to certain conditions.

To be eligible for for a refund:

- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

- The hair must be strictly new, unused, unwashed, uncolored, and untreated.

- The security ties must not be cut, and the label must remain intact.
